TANGERINE DREAM

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed's Orange Blossom
  • 1/4 oz Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Sour
  • Dash of Tangerine Juice or POG
  • Shake well and serve over ice, top with soda water

Dragonball Z

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed's Dragonberry
  • 1 oz Tropical Monster
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Sour
  • Serve with Lemon Wedge

Island Mule

  • 1.5 oz Uncle Ed's Classic Vodka
  • 1/2 oz Uncle Ed's Jackfruit
  • 1 oz Ginger Beer
  • Dash of Monster Energy
  • Lemon Wedge

Island Lemonade

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed's Jackfruit
  • 1 oz Lemonade
  • 1/4 oz or less of honey water  
  • Serve with Lemon wedge 
  • Mix well, top with soda water in Colins glass

KOOL AID

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed's Dragonberry
  • 1 oz Cranberry Juice
  • 1/4 oz Lemon Sour (or lemon juice and simple syrup)
  • Serve with Lemon wedge 
  • Mix well and top with soda water in a Colins glass

Sunset Serenity

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed’s Classic Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh Passionfruit Juice (or passionfruit purée)
  • 1/2 oz Coconut Water
  • 1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup

JACKOMELON

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed's Jackfruit
  • 2oz Watermelon or sugar-free Monster
  • Serve with Lemon wedge 
  • Serve over ice and top with soda water

ISLAND EMBER

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed’s Classic Vodka
  • 1.5 oz fresh Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Honey-Ginger syrup (mix equal parts honey and ginger juice)
  • Two dashes smoked chili bitters (or a pinch of cayenne for spice)
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge & Tajín rim

Golden Hour

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed’sClasic Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh Guava Juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Vanilla Simple Syrup
  • 1 oz Coconut Water
  • Top with sparkling lychee soda
  • Garnish: Lychee fruit & mint sprig

Lava Flow Royal

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed’s Classic Vodka
  • 1 oz Coconut Cream
  • 2 oz Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 oz Strawberry purée (for layering effect)
  • Dash of fresh Lime Juice
  • Garnish: Pineapple wedge & toasted coconut

MIDNIGHT MIRAGE

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed’s Classic Vodka
  • 1 oz Cold Brew Coffee
  • 1/2 oz Macadamia Nut Liqueur (or hazelnut liqueur)
  • 1/5 oz Coconut Milk
  • Garnish: Shaved dark chocolate & cinnamon dust

PACIFIC BREEZE

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed’s ClassIc Vodka
  • 1 oz fresh yuzu juice (or lemon-lime mix)
  • 1/2 oz honey-ginger syrup
  • 2 oz cucumber-melon sparkling water
  • Garnish: Cucumber ribbon & lemon twist

Jack Me Up

  • 1.5 oz Uncle Ed's Jackfruit Vodka
  • 2 oz Jackfruit Syrup (Home made)
  • 1/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • Shaken, served up in martini glass with a jackfruit garnish

South East Dragon

  • 1.5 oz Uncle Ed's Dragon Fruit Vodka
  • 1.0 muddled Maraschino Cherry
  • 1.0 oz Hamakua Calamansi Mix
  • 3/4 oz Giffard Strawberry Liqueur
  • 1/2 oz Giffard Elderflower Liqueur
  • Shaken, served on the rocks with a maraschino cherry garnish.

Orange Dreamsicle

1.5 oz Uncle Ed's Orange Blossom Vodka

1.5 oz Orange Juice

3/4 oz Cointreau

3/4 oz Blood Orange Syrup

1/2 oz Orgeat

Shakened, strain into a tall glass of ice to serve with dehydrated orange as garnish.

Tropical Dragon

  • 2 oz Uncle Ed's Dragon Fruit Vodka
  • 1.5 oz  Coconut Water
  • 3/4 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 oz Simple Syrup
  • Shaken, strain into a tall glass of ice to serve with mint sprig and strawberry as garnish.
