Ed Kerpa was a simple man, whose life was dedicated to farming, caring for the environment, and sharing his knowledge with others. He never sought recognition or wealth; instead, he found fulfillment in the rhythm of nature, the labor of his hands, and the joy of watching everything around him flourish.
It's this simplicity that makes Ed's impact even greater, as he dedicated himself to teaching sustainable farming techniques that strengthened Big Island communities.
His craftsmanship extended beyond the fields. His mastery of distilling was an art, a tradition carefully passed down to Jordan Kerpa, also known as "The Nephew."
